Bom dia!
We are looking for a company to do the renovation of our apartment in Lisboa.
There are 2 parts that will be ordered separately:
Part A: Pre-work for the Window change
-Necessary preparation work for the change of 8 balcony windows.
-Remove the current stone on the bottom, do isolation/waterproofing under the stone.
-Work together with the window company that will insert and install the new windows.
–>Timeline: The windows will be changed in October. We will decide within the next 2 weeks. For this we need a budget quite urgently.
Part B: Renovation of the kitchen, bathroom, rooms – T4 with ~110m²
-Kitchen: new tiles, water pipes inside the apartment, painting, kitchen window, etc.
– 2 x Bathrooms: new tiles, paintings, bathtub, shower, etc.
-Painting of the entire apartment, door frames & doors, wooden shutters, etc.
–>Timeline: We have a good view of what we want currently. We will decide on this Part after we find the right company and have all the details agreed.
It would be great if we could arrange a visit on-site in order to discuss it in greater detail so that you have every information afterwards to create a budget.
