Hello- Desculpe par nao falar portugues! I am buying an old house in Sintra. Karin who lives on Av Adriano Julio Coehlo has recommended you to me.
I will be doing renovations in several parts, over time. First I want to insulate the house (NOT to replace windows however). I want to install a wood stove which will need a chimney. Also the roof tiles and gutters. Also refinishing the old wood floors. Soon after when I get support from the Portuguese government I want to install solar panels. Then later, maybe next year, I want to renovate the kitchen and one bathroom.
When I come to Sintra to complete the purchase of the house I would like you to come see and provide an estimate for this work.
At this moment I would just like to know when you would be available to start on the insulation, the chimney, the roof and the floors.
