Hello,
I have been living in Portugal for 2 years and decided to stay longer. So I want to build my house here.
I am still searching for the right plot of land. Also, I will have my own architectural project.
So now, I am looking for a constructor.
Kindly let me know your approximate budget for the following work:
+ 160 m2 house, 1 floor, T3, 2 bathrooms.
+ basement,
+ house contruction,
+ electricity and water works,
+ roof works,
+ bathrooms works,
+ basic equipment instalation: air conditioning, kitchen, bathrooms, wardrobes,
+ doors and windows.
Kindly let me know what kind fo materials you can use.
And what will be the approximate cost per m2 with such scope of work.
